Girl, you'll be a woman soon. Soon, you'll need a man.

I love to start a new year motivated and focused. Last year my focus was balance and flexibility.

My fitness goals for 2013 are running speed and endurance as well as ballet precision.

I love this running and posture chart. Good form can make the difference between a frustrating run or pure euphoria.

The more side planks the better. They are a great way to reinforce great posture.

Opt for your beach cruiser instead of your gas guzzler. You'll be surprised by how great you'll feel.

Friends are highly under-rated for fitness. They keep stress away and also help keep you motivated!

And of course...a little inspiration!

Do you not think so far ahead? 'Cause I've been thinkin' about foreva ooooooo...(Frank Ocean)

As some of you know, I took my love for art and became Creative Director for the National Art Society.  We provide free art portolios for members and promote artists around the world.  Here's a few of my own art pieces:

This is my most recent piece "Desire" (A Study of Self-Reflection: In Perspective). Color pencils. 9x12 on 150lb paper.

Prismacolor on 60lb. black paper. 9x12. I wanted to tackle 3 challenging studies: water, reflection, and little Nemo ;)

"Free" Model: Miss Nastia Luikin. I drew this one upside down so I wouldn't smear the charcoal. It forced me to only see value.

"Je Ne Sais Quoi" Prismacolor pencils on 150 lb paper. 9x12. I had a lot of fun with this piece. Model: KareleaHair Stylist: Kay Matthews.

"Exodus" A 3 year project, pen and ink on museum board 24x36.

Find light in the beautiful sea, I choose to be happy.

Sexy and skanky. My go to combo= blazer with mini sequin shorts.

Bold bright skinnys with platforms are trending big this fall.

I'm determined to rock my fedora at least one more season!

Go night to day with ballet flats. Day to night in with fab pumps!

I'll end this post with a chunky gold cuff and gold accent sleeves. Sophisticated and sharp.
