Some great motivation before I head over to the gym...
I love/hate jump squats. Hate doing them, Love the results. Start in the squat position for the best results.

This is perfect height for tuck up on a balancing ball. Great for your core. Start in the plank position then pike up!

These side planks with leg lifts are fantastic for your stubborn love handles.

You can do so much corework with a balance ball. A must have for athletes at every level.
